I got a bottle of that Black outengine restorer from clean cycle and i will have to say it works better than enty thing i have tyied on wrinkled paint.if any one knows any thing that workes better please let me know.Its a little pricey at 15 bucks a bottle but it should last abot a year. i just tryed that S-100 engine restorer it looks like new i have not rode the bike yet we will see after some heat

Windex or the like might be economical and do a nice job, though it's alcohol based I'd be leary of what that might do to gaskets and rubber o-rings. I'll stick with the S100.

Have you ever heard of "Pig Spit"? Walmart use to sell it. I liked the product so much I became a dealer. The guy that made it stopped selling to walmart.
