Default CLUTCH PACK WEAR

Well i'm baffled. I just removed the original clutch pack from my 45k mile heritage and the wear is no different than when i checked it at 21k. In fact, it's so close to what the new pack is i'm wondering if these things ever wear out.
Curious; anyone out there got some wear vs. mileage experiences?
Only thing i can think is that my religious changing of oil paid off.
If i had to guess i've got 15k of the 45k miles with two up AND a trailer.

ride safe, please

I have a buddy who has 100,000 miles on his '95 heritage. never been in the primary other than to change a starter pinion.

If you do not abuse them, they seem to hold up very well.

69k on mine and only had to adjust it once. That was after whooping everybody in the crowd doing slow races at a bike show.

This can happen to the Evo clutches. May have been SYN3 related, but I ain't no friction material Engineer.

Can't testify to the first 32K, but it bit the dust after another 18K or so. Ditched the Spring pack and used extra plate kit. (NOV/DEC 07). Have only added 5K since Jan 08. Holding up well so far.
