The covers are VIN protected. Without the vin from a CVO bike they can't be purchased from the dealer.

\\;hey dogman go to ebay look at the bikes and get a v i n off of a cvo bike take the number to the dealership and and buy a brand new 103 derby cover

Harley Part numbers 29745-00A for Air Cleaner Cover and 103 badge is 29888-06. No CVO VIN necessary.
MY Bad. Just woke up and realized "Derby Cover". Sorry
