Has anyone tried these baffles from Big City Thunder?  I have V&H Big Radius 2-2 on my Springer and It is way loud. V&H told me they don't make a quiet baffle for that pipe. They recommended these.

I have not tried those specific ones but I was trying to find a solution to quieting down my my V&H Big Radius pipes on my Ultra and this is what I did.  After trying the "Quiet Baffle" by V&H and being disapointed I tried to modify them by adding an additional chamber and they still were a bit to loud for my taste.  The next thing I did was to buy a 2" baffle that had the "can opener" look

I covered these with fiberglass packing that I had bought from V&H and they got giant quiet, so much so that I used a 1/2 inch steel rod to drive through the baffle to open it up a little more and it was just the sound I was looking for.  I got these baffles on EBAY for under $30.00 shipped to my house.

You can't go wrong with the big city thunder.  i put the originals in my BR this weekend and it is the best mod i have done.  i have a 103" in my deuce and i can hit 80 in 3rd and she is still pulling.  i am amazed how a simple piece of metal can make such a huge impact.  my buddy put the quality quiets in his big radius and it softened the sound by about 30%.  do the mod, you won't be disappointed
