Hey, you guys have enough Stanley cup wins...................give somebody else a shot!  Game 3 should be interesting after that little altercation at the end of game 2!

I like the way the Pens look right now...NO FEAR, Flyers need to play hockey...not just try to push guys around. The Pens have all the weapons..all the way to the CUP!

Don't count out the Flyers....they've lost game one in every series so far....only to win games 2-4 in every series.

i throw up a little every time i see that penguin symbol....born and raised in philly, i am a die hard philly sports fan of all the major teams.  seems like each team gets close but cant go the distance.  the one bright spot, is that the flyers are a young team and made the most improvement in the NHL this year over last.  they need a few more pieces to the puzzle.  with that said, as hard as it is to come back from a 3-0 deficit, i am a homer and a die hard so
GO FLYERS!!!!

You 've got a fan base of 3 according to what I've seen during the games..why so many empty seats??? And YES I do believe they can take them maybe not in seven I was thinking more like five.

I'm just glad 2 of the best teams are going for Lord Stanley. Either team can win this. I'm kinda leaning towards the Pens because they are so fast and the fact that the Wings don't take the body. Bottomline, it will come down to goaltending where I think Osgood has a slight edge. Yea, I know Fleury is hot right now but i still lean towards Osgood. Should be a great matchup providing the refs let them play and don't play a hand on the outcome of any game. This one will go 6 games with the Wings taking it. No, I am not a Wings fan, in fact, I'm hoping for the Pens for 1 reason only. Badger Bob Johnson. Probably the best and most underated coach of all time. RIP.

If for some reason the Wings do loose I'll be happy for the Pens. I always thought highly of the team, it's city and it's history. The city of Detroit needs all the positive energy it can get. The Lions suck so do the Tigers again. The economy is down right horrible and the Mayor makes former President Clinton look like an innocent angel.
GO WINGS!!

The toughest Penguin of all time was Bergess Meredith (on BatMan,kids). Gordie Howe would have jammed that cigarette holder right down his throat. Who is Cindy Crosby ??? Is she Bing's illegitimate daughter??? Whossa??? The only way that PimpsBird has a chance agaist the mighty mighty Red Wings is if Mario laces themm up again. Then maybe it would go five games........

This comes from your fan base, and I quote

"We can celebrate the star power and the athleticism in goal, but it's going to be tough for Detroit to match up 1-2-3 at center — (Sidney) Crosby, (Evgeni) Malkin, (Jordan) Staal and then, as a fourth center, there's (Maxime) Talbot. So Detroit is going to have to match up with Pittsburgh's overall depth if they are to be successful."

You may have veteran players but I think youth may win out in this series. It's going to be a great series whatever the outcome.

All kidding aside, good luck to the Red Wings, I'm sure we will be talking trash again soon.

Is this best the Eastern Conference can come up with...... these Penguins? God am I disappointed!! The Wings are making Pittburgh look like a bunch of crying little boys (now I understand why they call him Cindy!). They are getting schooled in every part of the game!

I was hoping for a competitive playoff. Crosby and Malkin may have great offensive skills (but haven't shown it yet in thee playoffs) but I'll take Zetterberg and Datsuk anyday..they play both ends of the ice, shorhanded and the power play!

Well Pittsburgh...maybe next year when your boys might become men!

PS....Roberts needs to hang'em up. He's become just another cheap shot artist!!!

Go Wings!

I will agree with the comment about being schooled..they definitely haven't played to their potential. The comment about scoring on the other hand is BS. If either one of those two would have missed the amount of games "Cindy" did their numbers would be in the toilet and neither scored as many points as Malkin. Gary Roberts earned the right to do what he does, whats the excuse from Cronwell? That's the cheap shot artist, hang around at the blue line and take cheap shots. Your goalie deserves all the credit he has done an amazing job of keeping the Pens off the board. I hope to see a better game Wednesaday night, if not...then I'll give credit where credit is due.
