Not sure what to buy, but I see some SE Slip On's on Ebay very cheap. It says they were taken from a Dyna FXD. Will that fit my 08 Fat Bob? I wanted the Bub, but the custom mount the stealer wanted to make for them was $1000 (holy $*@#). Love the bike but it sounds like my V-Star before I put pipes on that one! Don't need it crazy loud, just deeper. Auction ends today so any help would be appreciated!

Those will not fit your Fatbob. The head pipes are different between the two bikes.

Hey Bump,

After about 700 miles the stock exhaust of my Fat Bob has deepened and loudened. It now sounds to me JUST RIGHT.

I don't know how many miles you have on the bike but if it's less than 500 or so, hold off a bit, the sound may get loud and deep enough for you.

if going to change don't waste your $$$$$ on se they sound just like factory.  I went with Rush 2.0 real nice sound and they don't bother the neighbors to much.

I have 300 miles on it now, was planning on waiting till 500-1000 to do engine/mechanical mods anyway. I'm leaning to the Rush 2.0 as I heard the clip on the site, sounds sweet. I will wait and see what happens to these when they burn in. Never know.  Great forum!

Speaking of Rush. Can you guys that have them installed point me in the right direction as to a website for the FatBob Rush 2.0 Slip ons. Went to the Rush homepage and no joy. Dennis Kirk didn't offer Rush products. Warehouse direc didn't have products for the FB . So let me know where you got em and I'd appreciate it.
Also, The Rush homepage offered a 2.25 for the Fatbob. What do ya'll think of those.

Ditto....I also have the Rush 2.0.  I can go pretty quiet when I want to but when I decide to crack it they sound amazing.  Deep satisfying rumble.

Sold!  I want that deep sound, but not obnoxious loud.

I was told this is a good place......

No prices, but a quick phone call should get an answer.

The bigger the baffle....the louder they are.   But Rush does not rcommend anything more than the 2.0 without the full Stage 1.
