Got some new mods for my FXDF thought I might share.
Mustang Solo Tripper with rear fender bib - Seat is very comfortable for a low profile seat and got a lot of complements on it.
kuryakyn - Switchblade pegs
PCIII - Changed out FuelPak
Rush Slipons - 2.0 Baffles and end caps ( changed out Short Shots )

Wife got my old parts on her Superglide and some new addons. Will post her bike later.

Easy warrior - your bike's looking good. I like the seat, and your slip ons. How's the sound? Just my $.02, but maybe get rid of that warning sticker on top of your battery cover to 'clean' it up a bit more. Everyone knows to pull off the ground cable first or you could suffer death at the hands of HD.

The seat and fender bib look nice. I've been looking for a nice solo seat. How's the comfort on the longer rides?

BTW... I agree with lonewatie about the warning sticker.

I have the same bike. I'm curious about the fender bib and the things on the bars.

I put the Switchblades on my FatBob with forward controls.  The heal rest moves your foot back (rearward) a couple inches.  Too much for me to be comfortable.  I'm 6'1", and they will be replaced eventually.  The pegs themselves are comfortable without switching them open.

I really like those mustang seats. How do you think it would be when on a long trip?

Nice looking bike you have there (same as the one I have on order) ;-)

Can I ask why you changed out the short shots?

Love the FatBob!!!  You have done just what I plan if I trade. Solo seat and fender bib. I like the looks of the stock exhaust on the FatBob, are there any options to make it louder, like changing baffles. Oh and removing warning stickers is like "dividing by 0",  it is likely to cause a chain reaction in the universe and alter everything.

I like that a lot. Chroming the rest of the hand controls would look good with those grips IMO, and I agree with the others about the deer whisles (they don't work anyway) and the stickers/reflectors. Very sharp bike.

Wow ! lots of question. I really wasnt that dissapointed at no responses, just playing around trying to move the post back to to the top.

As for the questions..
The switch blades work great for me , I kick them open when I get to crusing speeds and now have gotten used to them so much that I just leave them open. It feels like I have floor boards. The bike after the mods is like a whole new bike. The PCIII was preprogramed at fuel moto and seems to be dead on. The pipes are a little quieter than I am used to ( Short Shot Staggered Drag pipes ) , but the sound is nice and deep and way better than stock. I may bump them up to 2.25 inch baffles. The things on the bars are clamps for my slipstream windshield.

The seat is firm but not too hard. I realy like it and have done a hundred miles without it bothering me. Thanks for all the responses.

As promised here is my wifes superglide. She has new drag bars, speedo relocation kit. Kuryakin Widow pegs and grips. Vance and Hines Short Shot Staggered , Fuelpak, SE High Flow filter kit. Turn signal relocation kit. Harley Sundowner solo with Fender Bib.  Oh and almost forgot . I removed the Warning sticker next to my seat on my bike above.

Man, this looks really good. I like the narrow profile of the saddle. Have you considered swapping out for a chrome battery cover? I think it would compliment the looks of your ride.

And I'm gonna buy me one of those fender bibs. That's too damn slick. :)

Do you happen to have  a side pic of your bike?  And did the seat sit you back any further?

I dont feel it puts me back any further ,maybe a little but too little to notice. Its pretty comfortable , even on long rides.
