I ride a Road Glide
 

Howdy all, my name's EasyZiggy and I ride the best Harley Davidson touring bike, a 2006 custom Road Glide. I went around the United States 3 years ago on my 02 UltraClassic and survived a wreck in Springfield, IL. The folks at Hall's H-D were very nice and stored my smashed Ultra there until I could ship the remains back to Florida where I live. I decided on the FLTRI to replace it because it has wonderful handling characteristics, I can do tight u-turns on it (thanks to Motorman Palladino!) I am very pleased with it. I almost switched to a BMW1200 and also checked out the Victory Vision Tour. Keeping my hog for now. I know every inch of it and get it fixed most anywhere in the States. Anybody needing help with a tour-pak installation, I customized mine all by my lonesome and will be glad to offer advice. Mine is both powered with lights AND is fully detachable. Most detachable TP's do not have lights.

Welcome to the forum. Know anything about making/modifying intoa quick release for the tour pack on a 92 FLTC ?

Hey, I ride a Roadglide too and my detachable TP has lights:). I also live about 100 miles from Springfield, IL. Next time you shoot through here give me a shout.
