Over Memorial Day I'm riding to Ft. Worth from Kansas City, about 9-10 hours. I just have a stock seat on my 07 Nightster and my ass won't make it on that I don't think. Any suggestions on a comfortable seat without losing the total look of the bike??

That's a helluva ride on a Nightster! That's a decent ride regardless of bike or seat! I'm impressed! Then you have to ride BACK! I have the Reach two up seat on my Low, but I'm thinking that maybe the Reach solo might not be too bad? Mustang Solo could be pretty good, as well as Corbin. C&C makes some pretty good seats, and Mean City Cycles will take your existing seat and work wonders with it. You don't have much time to get another seat and break it in. You don't have much time to condition your butt, either! That's like, TWO WEEKS away? Where are you gonna put your gear? Backpack? Saddle bags? Duffel bag bungeed to a fender-mounted luggage rack? Are you traveling with a bagger willing to be a "mule" bike?
You could go a two up seat so you have a place to put your stuff, or you could get a black fender-mounted luggage rack for a solo seat (my suggestion). Your options are rather limited, imo. Your new seat should be on your bike in one week for you to test it out and get used to it before your trip. In that respect, I'd try to stick with HD seats, because of a short delivery time. I don't know what Mustang's delivery times are, but it's looking like that's what you need.
Either that, or get a $10 inner tube from Ace Hardware and put it on the seat with just a little air in it! Hey! It just MIGHT work!

Teek about covered all the seat advice I could think to give. I have found that wearing one of those lifting belts helps keep my posture correct on longer rides, and stops me from getting tired too quickly. It may help, especially if you don't have one of those fancy Corbin's with a back rest and a windshield

How much would Mean City Cycles cost me to get my stock Sporty seat upgraded? I am needing a good seat for the 5hr ride back to my parents house, but I want to keep the sleek look of my bike.

As a less expensive option to buying a new seat you might want to consider a removable gel type seat pad for those all day trips.
There are a number of choices available, here's one:

I don't know...Google "Mean City Cycles", and find Alan's website. Then call him! He does answer the phone, from what I hear! I'd do it for you but I just got back from a major dental procedure, and I neglected to tell the dentist I'm on blood thinning medication! Whoops! Surgery was seven hours ago, and I STILL haven't stopped bleeding yet! However, it's under control, now, at least....I'm going to bed with a mouthful of gauze and try not to bleed!
But if I ever do have Mean City Cycles do anything for me, I'm thinking his "three foam layer", topped off with memory foam. Hard foam on the base pan (think Harley Sportster foam), medium foam with dense memory foam on top. pretty cool.
On a bright note...I FINALLY finished Calvin and Hobbes, "It's a Magical World" at the dentist's office! Took me four years, but I finally got it! LOL!

All the info you need is on Allen's site. Prices range from $40 all the way up to $250 depending on what you want done. The $40 mod consists of reshaping the existing foam to your height and weight. The effect is essentially a better redistribution of your weight in the seat. The memory foam mod is $90, and the Double Decker memory foam mod is $125. Just browse the site and either call or email him with any questions. He has just started appointments only ordering, but this actually works out better. I have no idea how far out the appointments are, but once you send him your seat the turn around time is very short. He'll get your seat no LATER than the day BEFORE your appointment, work on it and complete it and send it back to you the next day. If I understand it correctly you pay all shipping costs. Hope this helps.
