Where can I get the seat nut and c clip that connects the seat to the fender? There not in the 08 Harley book.

Just ask your counterguy...mine had one right behnd the counter...doesn't mean that yours will but it's a fairly common item

It's a good idea to pick up a couple. Check the bag, though. The first three the parts guy handed me were missing the clip

+1.  Just go to the parts counter and ask for a seat nut.  They are either $2.50 or $2.99.  To install it, feed a tie strap through the middle and use that to feed it through the hole in the fender, put the clip on it and remove the tie strap - quick and easy.

ya may want to grab an extra c-clip......those little suckers go flying.......don't ask me how I know.
