New in box replacement Cycle Electric Rectifier/Regulator from Factory. Original malfunctioned, and they will only replace with new item, no refund. I had to put an HD OEM Regulator on to get home so now I've got a new one sitting on the bench. First $100 + Shipping takes it. Oh, it was for 2000 Road King, but if you check their web site you'll see it fits most tour models twin cams. CCRyder
