Hi everyone,
My name is Steve and I live in Huntington Beach. I joined the forum a couple of weeks ago but just picked up my new Road King Classic last Friday night. I decided to get black because I've heard it's the fastest color. I really do like that dark red they have though, it was a tough decision. I've been riding sport bikes and dirt bikes for over 30 years but this is my first Harley Davidson. I'm now sorry that I waited so long.  I bought the RKC because I love to do long rides (as in multiple days) and am looking forward to going on as many as possible. I got the bike too late to do the Pacific Coast annual ride but I sure am going to be ready for the next one. I've already pretty much memorized the accessories catalog and have made a list in priority. The first thing I've got to do is strap on a new pipe, air filter, and power commander. That combination made a world of difference on my sport bike so I'm sure it will wake the Harley up too. Anyway, just thought I'd say hi. Can't wait to meet you all and go do some riding. BTW, I'll post some pics (if you want) in the next couple of days.
