I went to check the oil and transmission fluid levels in my Street Glide trike, and I realized that I've have to make some adjustments.  Harley engines are designed so that fluids should be checked with the motorcycle leaning on its jiffy stand.  That's the way the dispsticks are calibrated.  After doing some research, I learned from the H-D service manual that there are diamond markings on one side of the dipstick that indicate the  proper oil level for a motorcycle with a sidecar.  That takes care of the oil level, but there don't appear to be any marks for the tranny fluid.  Can anyone here help me out?  Where should the transmission oil be on the dipstick on a trike (bike w/sidecar).  Bike is an 2007 Street Glide?

My manual says to look at the opposite side of the diamonds for a sidecar. 08 Ultra Classic. Just make sure your looking at the right side.
