was wondering if the se dyna seat is comfortable on rides of 200+ miles

I have an 07 FXDSE and although I have ridden on more comfortable seats like the Sundowner that was on my lowrider. I have ridden over 200 miles on my Screaming Eagle without too much discomfort. The seat is a little stiff but shaped well, at least for me.

thanks for the response,i have the stripper seat now and it is not good on long rides,i like the look of the se dyna seat

I also have the SE Dyna 07 with the stock seat which isn't bad by myself. I bought the sundowner for the Misses cuz if Momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy. The $250. bucks was cheaper that trading my ride in on a SEUC.

I removed the seat almost immediately after riding it home the 50 miles from the dealer. A bit stiff and not exactly what I expected for a $25,000 bike. I replaced it with the Le Pera Barebones with an embossed tribal print and no gel so I could get it as low as possible. For my wife I had a 2Up Daytona seat made which is not here yet. I'll post pictures when that arrives at the end of May. I have ridden on the Barebones nearly 1000 miles and it's more comfortable than the stock foam & plastic HD seat!

This is a seat my buddy gave me it is off his 06 dyna.I find it comfortable.

I yanked mine off my FXDSE2 and bought a custom Danny Greysolo (Weekday version.)

World of difference. No more feeling like my tail bone was being driven into my spine. Rode 150 miles (one way)to NY for a run with a local MC and I felt like I could keep on going. With the stock seat, I'd of been uncomfortable after 50 miles.
