I've been through every post on every forum I could find, and couldn't find the answer.  What is the lift with stock cams for a 1973 1000cc?

I'm not interested in what jpcycles or anyone else trying to sell me parts says it is.  I'm looking for someone who's measured it.  I ask because I going to the trouble of having new guides put in and seats cut, and the guy doing the work asked.  We got in the neighborhood of .350 give or take, and that was with the keeper practically touching the top of the guide.

Thanks for the help
