I suspect your bike "wet sumped" while it sat. Is that a breather line I see from your crankcase breather to the air cleaner backing plate? If your bike "wet sumped" and that is a breather line, then that is why you have oil up there. Did you notice your oil level in the tank was down some? After 200 miles your engine should have pumped the pooled oil up out of the crankcase. If you had sufficient oil in the bike it should not have damaged the engine and the oil smoke now would be from the oil forced up to the air cleaner. I am surprised though that you are seeing it only on one cylinder. Clean up or replace your air filter and see if that gets rid of the smoking. You may want to put in fresh spark plugs. I'd go with whatever your bike used before...I am unfamiliar with the BG44K plugs. Also check your oil pump check valve for build up and clean it or replace it. Use the old ball (if it looks nice and smooth still) to make sure the new one seats. That should keep it from "wet sumping" again. If you don't know what I'm talking about check around the forum for instructions and info about it and how to fix it. Maybe one of your buddies has seen this before and can help you with it.
