Ok you have a Kayaba front end on your bike. The same front end was used on FX's for about the same years. You might want to look up just what years you are looking for.73-76 time frame. It's been awhile since I went over to the dark side(Softtail) so I'm not exectly sure which years. Yes I still have my sporty's. You can but the parts from most any after market cataloge and if you wath ebay you can even find the parts there at times.

Oh yea, you will need the banana caliper, the support bracket, brake disk, front master cylinder and brake line. Like I said, buy everything else aftermarket and look for the caliper on ebay. maybe a couple of other pieces, get a Jehrah cycle cataloge, it should have a good breakdown, or a service manual/parts cataloge for that year

Here is the hardware you are going to need. This is the caliper unit and disc. In addition, you will need the brake lever and mastercylinder handlebar mount.
If your current front wheel hub will not allow a disc to be bolted to it, then add a new front wheel (or hub at a minimum) to the list. Yours looks like a spool hub to me, meaning it is not made to have a brake.........pg

In the bottom picture you can see the star shaped left side of the hub. That is stock for mounting the 11" disc. What I don't see is the caliper mount on the fork leg. You are for sure going to need the master set up for the bars.
