Take the oil tank cover off and check all the rubber hoses that connect to the tank. There should be 3. One is a feed line, return line, vent line. If any are bent or kinked (especially the vent) you could be building pressure that is escaping through the dipstick. Follow all the hoses form the tank to their other end. Check the end of the vent line to see if it is obstructed.

BTW did you have your oil changed recently? If so, run the bike up to operating temperature and shut it down. Allow 4-5 minutes for the oil to return to the tank. Check the oil with the bike on the jiffy stand. It may just be overfilled. If so suck some oil out with a turkey baster until you are between the hi & lo marks on the stick.
