Sheesh

Went home at lunch and got the bagger to ride back to work – first ride with the newly painted inner and it’s gorgeous! Get on the freeway and all of a sudden my windshield gets sprayed with something grey from in front! I change lanes and pass by to find out it’s a truck hauling some big concrete pipe that has water spraying on the concrete which of course is spraying cement water on anything behind it! And now the bike is just covered with this stuff, so madder than you know what I race the rest of the way to work – get a hose and start to gently try and rinse this stuff off. Most of it does rinse off pretty well so with a very wet rag I’m gently wiping all the surfaces to get it all off. Call my wife and have her bring me the mcguires stuff and then re-do everything with that so it’s all real clean. Except for a very large scratch in my windshield which must have been a real small chip stuck in the goo. AND now there are water spots on my new inner paint that I'll have to try and buff out. GRRRRRR

Can you believe it? My very first ride too! Be careful kids, it's not not safe out there.....

Sounds like the cement guy needed a handfull of BB's to the front end.  Or at least take a picture or memorize his plate for insurance purposes, or if he was in a work truck even better, contact his employer,  or just wait for his dumb ass to pull over somwhere.  Sorry, just venting, this kind of crap from people really pisses me off.  Glad your bike made out ok.

Dude, you need to smile more. That’s sucks but should come out in the wash.
