Hi all

Just removed exhaust system to have O2 bungs welded on front and rear headpipes to install Thundermax autotune ecm.  All of this on an 06 FLHT with stock exhaust, except for SE mufflers, 88 cu in, stage one.  After re-installation the bike runs great but I now have a vibration mostly felt in the floorboards around 2800-3200 rpm, the range right at cruise where it's hard to avoid.  I've re-installed the system twice, and now with stockhead pipes without the bungs.  There's nothin touchin the frame anywhere and everything was put back together as per service manual specs.  It has me and all my motorcycle pals scratchin our heads.  Any ideas?
