Bbq.Uncle, For the last five minutes I've been staring at your avatar of them ribs and just slobberin thinking about them.

+1 on the ribs. Excellent segue into a different topic.

I'd start a "Who makes the best ribs thread" but Sgt. Thump would think it's competitive.

First let me say i ride when and where I like and dress for that particular ride conditions. We only have one vehicle and my wife takes that to work so my bike is my primary transportation. That being said I could give a rats a_ _ what people or other riders are thinking of me.However to stay on track with the original post I have to tell about an aquaintance that is a bit comical/sad ( he has got to be insecure with his identity).

This guy has a 6 figure position with a fortune 500 company and went a bought a Heritage(Everybody thought Cool!). He doesnt ride more than 1k miles a year but went out and got large Tattoos on both shoulders, wears skull jewelry and got his ear pierced, All of these items happened almost simultaneously with his bike purchase. I must add he has wrecked several of our friends(either trying to show off or not paying attention) he has ridden with and almost took me out the last time I rode with him( nobody will ride with him anymore). The friends in our particular group compare him to the guy on Wild Hogs that got the Apple Computer tattoo and is always wrecking.

You guys are great such entertainment.  I have ridden with 1%'s and 99%'s, yuppies, wild hawgs, rice rocket pilots and just about anyone on two wheels, me a real biker don't know still learnin' with 44 years on two wheels.  But readin this stuff reminds me of high school and who hangs with who because of what who believes what.  Like I said great entertainment.

A biker walks into a bar and sets down and orders a shot of jack with a beer chaser
a good lookin lady walks up, sits down and asks are Ya a REAL Biker
He goes well, when momma was pregnant she rode on the back of dads harley
and when I was big enough I rode behind dad on his harley
and when I was old enough I bought a harley and I been ridding them ever since!
I guess you could say I'm a REAL Biker

She sits there for a moment, looks him in the eye and Says I'm a lesbian
All I do is think about women, women in the shower, women naked, women in bed
Kissing women and having them naked up against me. and with that said she
gets up and leaves, a moment goes by and this guy walks up and sits down
looks over at the biker in his leather, a shot of Jack in his hand and says are you a real biker

and the biker looks a little puzzled, and says Well I thought I was but I guess I'm a Lesbian!

and Finally DILLIGAF

AS the saying goes..."Arguing on the internet is like running in the special olympics...even if you win, you are still retarded!!!   So even if you are a biker or you arn't there just isn't convincing people about anything. Unless of course you run in the special olympics.

Hell there are more criminals in congress or top fortune 500 companies then on bikes.

Well said.

Hey, ezriderpgh, are you serious or did you write this post for laughs? If you're serious, it's time to lighten up, bro. Travel more, meet more people, do more, and enjoy more. You might even experience some likeable Wild Hog type bikers (!), wild women, wild music, and wild times.

Bike riders all started the same way. New to it scared as hell of it but wanted to do it. Now with new and old riders it would make sense for the old riders to help new riders ( if will they will listen) to correct there mistakes before the mess up and die. Now when it come to a 1% if you are in there house you play by there rules. Have a buddy that been around them they are no diffrent than the next person. Till you dont show respect where respect is due then the world can change. just my 2 cents.

Wow, nothing was mentioned about me being a 1%er, bad ass, better than anyone or a "real biker" in my original post, yet it got so many sissy fit responses. Some of you need to unbunch your panties before you sit. So, do your friends call you princess?
