My dyno guy spent 4 hours on this after my 103 build.

I'm running:
SE mcr heads
10.5:1 pistons
SE A/C
SE Slip-ons

The reason I'm asking is because the motor was tuned prior to the break-in,
so in all about 6 hours on the dyno.

I can't make out the numbers on anything like, what run is it ?  I see a fuel line that looks pretty bad in the lower rpms and then it straightens out but I can't read the number the fuel line sets on.

Well that sure does help.
We see the tuner made 26 runs on the bike and this 26th run is in the 100% range by what I see for it's going 120 MPH....it would have been nice to see the PRM instead of the MPH there.

For having 10.5:1 compression and a 257 cam with heads I have to say the tq is down by 16 lbs and the hp is down by 10, the fuel is too lean for running at 100% throttle, it should be around 12.8 to 12.5:1 not 13.5:1 and again the fuel line is all over the place between 60 mph to 30 mph.

Other than that all I can say that this is 100% throttle run, where is the other throttle position runs like 2%,5%,7%,10%,15%,20%,25%,30%,40%,60%,80%, and 90% data that constitutes a tune up. Do you have a copy of your map they built? If so I would love to look at that for you.
Sorry for being so to the point, you asked and I gave you the truth.

the fuel is too lean for running at 100% throttle, it should be around 12.8 to 12.5:1 not 13.5:1

Bob from RC Cycles (a well known tuner over on HTT) says he tunes WOT to 13.5:1. He's very adamant that it doesn't need to be any richer than that. I believe his argument is that the extra fuel when going richer than 13.5:1 is for cooling, but it's not needed on a street bike. What is your take on this? (Note that this is a legitimate question, no goading or questioning your knowledge, just want your opinion on it)

I have found here in Florida I get the most hp at 13.5 to 13.7 but on the other hand I get more tq at 12.8.  I'd much rather have the tq than hp myself so all my tunes are left at 12.5 to 12.8 at 100kpa.  The SERT maps will only lean out to 13.2 then it's maxed out but of course we can alter the VE table to get it leaner, (the new TTS unit will allow us to get to 13.5 at 100 kpa.)

Is the richer fuel for cooling only....I have to say yes it cools the engine but it also lubricates the piston and rings too....at WOT you need that lubrication, cooling and cushioning effect that the fuel gives.  The tuner at RC might think he is getting 13.5 but when a rider wackes the throttle open under a load the ECM will deliver 12.5 as a protection plus the Power Enrichment AFR will richen it up to 10.5:1 at 15 to 20 seconds at WOT......ie.....the ECM will protect the engine in spite of what the tuner at RC or any one else that trys to set these EFI bikes up lean.  Personally I would NEVER send a customers bike out the door at 13.5 even if it did give me a few more ponies. I get the best numbers I can get from the build and tune then back it off a bit to ensure the bike won't ping, pop, or seize from bad gas hot weather or humid days.

Doc1, I sure wish you were closer to me. Personally I don't think I can trust anyone around here to tune my bike!

Do you know of someone in or close to Birmingham that you would recommend? I've used Rod's Performance, but I think he shafted me the last time.

Hey Doc,
I picked up some cables and was able to connect to the ECM.
In the info section, the map that was used was 176ms003-215, 215 being their version.

But apparently I can't download the map from the bike only update a known map
then upload that to the ecm. I'm I correct in this understanding?
Thanks

Yes you will need a jump drive unit to plug in their computer then they just transfer your map on to it....you can actully ask them for all the dyno rund s made too.
