HD branded tools sold at sears around 2003

they're supposed to belifetime waranty....does anyone have a weblink that proves these were sold at sears? I was denied a replacement on some broken ones and was told I had to take them to the HD dealer "beacuse we never sold these" gotta love the revolving door turnover of help at sears..... and no I haven't even tried to take them to an HD dealer because I know where I bought them

So are they Snap-On tools?If so just look for one their trucks driving around.Maybe the guy can replace them for you or contact Snap-On.
