New Rider/ Harley Owner
 
Took rider edge about 3 weeks ago, got '08 sportster 1200 anny edition delivered same weekend. Riding is going great, I have about 370 miles on it.....decided yesterday that I am done breaking it in(too hard to put miles on it going under 50).

Welcome from KY. I had to ride my new 08 RK 120 miles to home on an interstate (in the rain without rain gear) at 50 or below. Talk about feelin' like a real NERDY Biker [:'(]

Yea really sucks, talked to guy at dealership and he said they ised to tell people 50 miles. Thats when I decided it was broke in. Anyone think that I am making huge mistake?
