It seems that my front brake is rubbing when the lever isn't being pulled in at all. If I apply a slight pull on the brake, the noise goes away, and a little further the brakes engage. It sounds like a slight contact noise. Any ideas? Thanks!

Probably normal, but need more info....My last two FL's made a 'scuffing' sound when just rolling along at lower speeds.

Some rubbing is normal, however the brake caliper pucks could need a cleaning and not be retracting enough. Some brake cleaner and a shoe lace used to clean the piston will work well.

It has 19,000 miles on it as well. The only thing that worries me, is that it didn't do this originally when I bought it. So I'm not sure if it's something that just sprang up and needs attention.

Pads may have a lip.Or both calipers need cleaned good making sure pistons move easily.Front axle tq may be excessive if frt wheel was off say for tire change. Some guys just wont pick up a tq wrench.Bleeding brakes can help esp if system was broken into or bike sits in damp area.Check axle spacers for being deformed or gouging on inside of lower legs if axle wrenched down to excessive.Make sure axle is aligned properly and dont forget to look at wheel brgs. Most likely you calipers just need a good ceaning.
