Well, when I do a search For C&C motorcycle seats three websites come up. Side Road Cycles, a C&C Web site and ebay. The Side Road Cycle website is set up almost identical to the C&C website, but you are not able to orderoff the C&C website. The C&C websitelookslike its only an informational based website. Now my slight concern is I placedmy order through Side Road last Friday and have not recieved any type of email confirmation that the order went through. There is a $1 charge to my card from Side Road Cycles, but that is it. That is why I posed the question.
Got ya! You have to call C&C directly. There are several options to there seats it's just better to talk to them directly. I looked at the site where you bought yours and it just directs you to the C&C web page. I'm sure you will be OK but I think you might of got a little faster service calling and talking to Chuck. My seat Was ordered and shipped in about 6 days and is on it's way. Hope you get as good of service as I did. Did you order Gel? I did hope it's worth the extra. Good luck
Yes it did!! I recieved the seat about a week or so ago. I am very happy with it. I was out for a 150 mile ride last weekend and was so impressed with the back support the seat has. I love the low profile look the most. I believe it sits me down an inch or so and back about the same. I purchased the black leather with gray tribal flames and it looks perfect on my Fat Boy. I"d take pictures, but I have still not tried to post pictures on this site yet. Thanks for asking.
i ordered bars from side road and seat from c&\\;c no problems 'cept they they sent me 2 bars by mistake. Had first set in a week, p.s. I'm from Canada
hey guys new at this forum stuff, but got an 08 sg, want a better seat, looking at corbin, mustang, and le para, any suggestions. just want it to look cool, and be comfortable, i'm six four so it doesn't have to be any lower. i dig my sg. it rocks.
Ordered my C&C and had it in under 10 days. Chuck was great to work with as well. Completely custom from the gel pad to the stitching pattern to moving closer by an inch It is the best seat I have owned and I have owned a bunch. It is also the most comfortable I have owned. I ordered a Corbin at Myrtle Beach bike week. It took a month to get it and after reading horror stories about the real poor customer service I tried to cancel it. They said no cancelations aloud. I received it and sold it yesterday. If you want a great seat you won't be disappointed with a C&C.
