Default Help, sidecar install

First of all, I live in Alaska. Not a lot of experts up here where it comes to sidecars. I am trying to mate up a 2007 FLHTCU with a 2000 HD sidecar. I have a full set of mounts for a 2002 but am told that the rear mounts changed in 2006 or 2007. My dealer is clueless. Does anyone know for sure about this and can steer me in the right direction of what I really need to make this happen? ANY help will be much appreciated.

Call the MoCo and get them involved in your endeaver. I wish I could offer more help than that, but I don't know anything about mating a 2000 side car to a 2007 Harley with 2002 mounting gear.

They call me "Hack" because of the sidecar, not the amputated leg.

Btefft and silver have each made great suggestions. I believe communications with the MOCO HQ will assisit you greatly. As you know its not the sidecar but the necessary linkage that will be the issue but not impossible.

Here is a link particular from the one silver sent you about etting up once you have the correct parts:

I also recommend calling "Dale" at wheels through time museum. He is a cornecopia of motorcycle knowledge. If he doesn't know I bet he can send you in the right dirsection. here is the web site that will have phone number and email address:

Good luck
