Default Gearing Question

is it possible or cost effctive to change the geearing on my 07 custom it comes stock with the 200 mm tire
I hardley ever use 6 gear most of my riding is in town or short spurts on The highway
i dont seem to have the low end power coming out of the hole i would like to see

ANY THOUGHTS ? or has anyone tried this

Easier & cheaper to change your drive pulley and get the same effect.

can i get by by change just the rear without change the pully cover or both front and rear and i assume a new belt
correct
