I have a MINT set of BLACK/ALUM 9 spokes from a05 EGC, 1 in bearings. They have brand new rubber mounted and balanced and will come with a mint pulley and rear rotor, no front rotors. The price for everything is $600 plus I prefer pickup near PGH, PA to shipping. No way to send pictures but I will assure you they are perfect, they are clean and sealed in plastic bags. I have 08 now and they will not work. PM any interest. They should fit touring ride 04 to 07 RKING, or EG. I dont know if they will fit any other ride. I also have a set of CLEAR Willie Wings from 07 back dresser with thumb screws for $20 plus shipping, extremely nice. I also have a complete Screamin Eagle air cleaner avail for dresser or rking, part number, ( Im pretty sure is) 29773-02c pg 519 item c of 08 catalog. $90.00 plus shipping
Why did you even bother to reply???Why dont you get 2 new tires shipped, mtd. and balanced and see what money your talking. Add to that 2 very nice wheels, with bearings ,sprocket and rotor for the difference. Then you tell me what you would want as sale price if they were yours.
DV's a bargain hunter like many of us here...he replied so you know hes interested if you need to dump them quick.
unfortunately we never see a return on certain parts, and stock wheels are probably the worst of them!if you scroll through the forums or ebay youll see that DV actually isnt too far off from the going rate. stock rims just arent worth anything! i sold the stock pair from my fxst...got a whopping $100 for the front and $125 for the rearWITH the pulley!
good luck with the sale, heres a bump to the top for ya!
Let me see if i can understand this.... dv should buy the wheels for $300 and get the brand new tires free, or buy the brand new tires for $300and get the very nice wheels free. This sounds like a loser for me and an enrichment for him. I have no trouble removing the rubber as i can use them and sellingthe wheels, sprocket and rotor for $300. then we all get a fair deal. I just hate to see the mount and balancing thrown away when down the road someone will want to buy the very same tires we are talking about here.
The most you are going to get for the stock rims would be $250 for the set.....and $50 for the tires....I know that sounds like you are getting screwed, but the post about e-bay is true.....Go look it up....Local shop is selling a set of stock rims for $400, and they have been there for a year and a half....They are everywhere, which means the price is low....
YOU know what... I could care less about what ebay or other sites are doing. I know what i have and recently paid $300 plus for the tires, shipping, mount and bal, I will use the tires on my new ride and make flower pots out of the wheels b4 anyone gets them for less than $300 for wheels, sprocket, rotor, no tires.I only thought that anyone who ever checked msrp and had this idea would realize that my price for the total pkg. was ok. I know everyone hopes everyone else is desparate and will take whatever, but it wont happen here.
