Bad Dad Extended Bags....Vivid Black..SOLD

'06 Ultra bags....without lids....completely finished with Bad Dad short 2 3/4" bag extensions and set-up for 2:1 exhaust, but can be easily altered for duals....professionally installed and painted Vivid Black per Bad Dad instructions....never mounted as I decided to go to their longer 4" extended bags

Full disclosure....all bag extensions show a barely visable line due to thermal expansion of the ABS bags and fiberglass extensions....this line can only be seen in the best of light and at certain angles....vivid black is the worst color for showing the line and with a lighter color paint it will probably not be visible....this is not a crack, just a minor, minor subsurface line....I have talked to Dad Bad about this and this happens on all of their installations, so it's considered normal by them and not a bad installation....rarely talked about because it's so hard to see....however, I know it's there, so I want you to be informed

Contact BadX as he recently inquired about a set I once had for sale. There was another forum member looking for extended bags however the name escapes me.

What's all involvedin altering them for duals? If they were set-up for duals I would probably jump on these.

The left bag would have to be painted again after the exhaust hole is cut out. The cutting is a very simple job.

That's a heck of a deal, probably costs that much alone for the body and paint work. In your attachment the line you speak of is not visible at all. Wish I had the money to get them from you.
