Default little help please

I have an 07 ultra, I just bought a Aluma mctxl. I just had a hitch put on a my bike and took it for a ride. I felt resistance when going around turns, what is the solution for this problem. I wouldn't want to run wide on any corners. I am leaving for Americade on Thursday morning and I am a little concerned. Thanks Wes

Is the ball hitch rolling properly as you lean. I thinking maybe a little grease to help it in the turn. Just a thought.

I am not sure if the ball is rolling free. It didn't want to come off the ball when I was ready to take it off. I had to use a rubber mallet. I'm not sure what to do. I would rather not buy a swivel hitch if I don't have to, but for saftey sake maybe I should. Suggestions please. W

I don't know a thing about bike trailors and bike hitches, but using a mallet to get it off the ball doesn't sound right to me.

Most ball hitches have some adjustment as to how tight the trailer end grips the ball. Look under the receiver on the trailer and see if there is an adjustment nut. Most all hitches have them. Sounds like yours is way to tight. They should be snug and not loose but they should not be so tight you have to beat them off with a mallet. Adjust and apply a little grease to the ball. Should make a big difference.
