Default Rear brake light switch trouble?

Well I finally figured out what has been causing my cruise to work intermittently. I though it was too much slack in the throttle cables, but the problem resurfaced this week and I have been able to track it down to the rear brake switch.
It comes on sometimes by itself or it sticks on sometimes after I use the rear brake.
I had a similar problem a couple of years ago and order a new switch from an HD store. It took three days and wen it showed up, it was an accel (I think that's the brand) part. I could have gotten it at a local autoparts store.
Naturally, I've got the box it came in (NOT) so I can just go to town and find the right one.
If anyone can tell me the right part # from an auto part supplier, I'd really be thankful.
I know I could just take the defective one off the bike and bring it with me for a match, but I'd prefer not to loose all my brake fluid, if at all possible.
Much better to whip out the old one and on with the new.
