Default Supertrapp Fat Trap slip on

Hello,

Just purchased the Supertrapp, Fatshot slip-on's. I have the 2008 VRSCDX. I know one great user of this website said it required no dyno, mapping, airfilter etc.... I just want to ask some others. These pipes come with disks to adjust the airflow. If anyone could shed some light that would be great. I am about broke so the last thing I want to do is drop another $1,200 to map, dyno, and everything else that is required.

If you don't, you'll drop a lot more than that rebuilding your engine from running it lean. Reducing backpressure without changing anything else is a recipe for disaster. If you're not ready to do it right, pack those pipes away until finances improve.

If I remember correctly using 8 opr 9 discs will not require a new map and dyno. One of the benefits of the trapps.
