Default Power Commander Help

I just installed my power commander.&nbsp\\; For some reason my fuel level indicator shows my gas tank is empty.&nbsp\\; In addition, when you start your bike the yellow motor light stays on for roughly 4 seconds.&nbsp\\; It then goes off.&nbsp\\; Then it comes back on shortly afterward for another 4 seconds.&nbsp\\; I took out the power commander and the fuel level indicator is working fine, but the yellow motor light is still doing the same thing.&nbsp\\; Do you think the power commander could have screwed up my electrical system????&nbsp\\; I only started my bike with the Power Commander.&nbsp\\; Did not even ride it.&nbsp\\; Has anyone had similar problems.&nbsp\\; By the way it is a 2008 Night Rod Special.

The engine light coming on, going out, and then coming back on is because you have a stored trouble code not currently affecting the bike. It's not a problem. You can have a dealer clear it or the next time I'm on from home I can tell you how when I have more time to type if someone else doesn't fill you in first.

Thank you.&nbsp\\; I look forward for the information.&nbsp\\; I did speak with the people at Power Commander and they said the same thing you are saying.&nbsp\\; They were saying after 80 starts this goes away.&nbsp\\; The dealer wants to charge me&nbsp\\; $80 to clear the code.&nbsp\\; F@@K that.&nbsp\\; what a rip off.&nbsp\\; I would appreciate if you could help me clear this issue.&nbsp\\; I do appreciate your assistance.

Did your odometer or tripmeter blank out also?
