Went for a ride on Sunday. I met with KB and several other folks at Elk Grove HD to ride to Devils Mountain (MT Diablo).
All 18 or so pulled out at around 9:15am and headed for the Delta, we followed the river until it turned into freeway in Antioch.
We rode the freeway and stopped in at Devil Mountain HD in Pittsburg. They were nice enough to provide coffee and doughnuts for all.
After a half hour or so we headed for the mountain.
The ride up the mountain was great albeit a bit slow with a lot of curves and switchbacks going up not to mention the 15-20mph limit, scenery was nice, weather was great.
We hit the 3800 foot summit and parked the scoots to take in the scenery and views.
We headed back down and stopped for lunch in Walnut Creek.
After lunch we headed back home. All told it was just over 200 miles round trip.
After stopping for a cool refreshing beverage I arrived home around 5:30pm.
All in all a great day of riding and meeting some good people.
KB, it was nice to meet you and Rick and spend the day on the road, I look forward to doing it again.
I have to add that the pics of KBs bike do it little justice, that is one badazz scoot.

J/K. The ride coming down the hill was BAD AS$, A buddy of our's on a 120 horse Road glide and I were flat gettin' it comming down the hill. The only bad part is that some of the corner's had some little gravel in the center, so you had to be carfull on how hot you came into it, but boy you could grab a handfull and slingshot out the back side. I cant wait to meet some more folk's and go on some more rides.
