Leaving 2marrow morning to spend the week riding the ozark hills in Eureka Springs Arkansas. \\; Staying at the Iron Stable. \\; Any suggestions for points of intrest?
A good short trip would be to Roaring River State Park about 7 miles from Cassville. Mo. \\; It's a 20 miles out of ES and there is a nice old trout hatchery and lodge there. \\; Good roads and worth seeing. \\; Great Trout fishing and RV park there. \\; Easy trip from ES and the drive going north out of ES through Eagle Rock at Table Rock Lake is a neat drive, IMO. \\; \\; Right now being loud isn't too popular in ES. \\; We camp in this area every year for the last 35 years. \\; Be safe - it rains there alot too. \\;

From ES, take 23 south to highway 12 and then go back west to War Eagle. \\; Really cool grist mill on the War Eagle river. \\; Be sure to eat lunch at the mill. \\; Get the beans and cornbread with cobbler for dessert. \\; Continue on highway 12 to Rogers and then take highway 62 back to ES. \\; Stop at the Pea Ridge National Civil War Park on highway 62 and look at the meuseum and ride through the battlefield. \\; Also ride up the the Beaver Lake dam on highway 62 on the way back. \\; Stop and check out the Blue Springs on 62 as well. \\; Great ride, lots of things to see and more than enough twisties.

+1 on this advice. Wife and I did exactly this on our trip to Bikes, Blues &\\; BBQ last October. Definitely worth the trip to see all of it.

 \\;
NOTE: \\; Eureka Springs is one of those places that has become less "Harley-friendly" as they are enforcing their subjective noise ordinance(s) and ticketing bikes with loud pipes. \\; Just be aware. \\; Apparently the locals don't want the noise but I haven't seen them decline the money infused by the bikers who frequent their establishments....
 \\;
Just a word of warning...
You can take 62 from ES east to Harrison and take Hwy 7 as far as you want to ride. Stop and Scenic Point (beautiful view). You'll cross the Buffalo river, etc.
 \\;
You won't regret any roads you take up there. It's all good.

+1 on Roaring River and the Pigtrail.
 \\;
Mount Magazine state park is not too many miles off of the Pig Trail, if you are interested in visiting another scenic area.
Buffalo river area around Jasper I promise it is one of the prettiest areas in America as a matter of fact Whitaker point was on the cover of the Rand Mcnally road atlas in 06, you should definitely check it out..
