Default Whats this noise

ive got a 1994 dyna low rider. just put 10:1 wiseco pistons, andrews ev27 cam, and andrews adjustable pushrods in. Runs great, no leaks. When i really get on the throttle it almost sounds like an exhaust leak, then then if i really get on it theres almost a slight ticking sound. Is this just normal sound now because of the cam and high comp pistons? im thinking its just guna make more engine noise now because of the mods. what do you think?

what kind of pipes are you running? If stock headers, did you install a new gasket in the crossover pipe joint? ask me how I know this one :-)

I've had a similar noise for 75,000 miles through 2 complete (botton end) and 3 top end freshen-ups besides that&nbsp\\;trying to get rid of it. Totally different valve train components twice&nbsp\\;through it all. Never found it - still does it.

Some do, some don't. Just ride it

Sounds like the front lifter to me, try readjusting the pushrods. It worked on my 1995 Road King put in a new cam started with 2.5 turns out made noise then went 3 full tuns out much quiter now.
