Default 1992 HD FXR Headlight Out (broken wire)

Hello All!
&nbsp\\;
I'm a newb when it comes to HD repair, but pretty handy.
&nbsp\\;
I'm noticing today that my headlight is out, and guessed that it was likely a bulb (cheap fix) but after swapping still no light.
&nbsp\\;
I'm going to troubleshoot the wiring tomorrow. I was wondering if anyone on here had access to a link or data regarding the OEM color codes for the wiring, or even better yet a schematic would be soo choice.
&nbsp\\;
In addition&nbsp\\;if anyone has a suggested technique for troubleshooting before I get started.
&nbsp\\;
Thank You in advance. Looking forward to spending some time on the forum. there seems to be some great info here!
&nbsp\\;

Tail light also&nbsp\\; ? If it is check circuit breaker (left side of bike under the cover by the seat )&nbsp\\; look for short in wiring

The Factory Service manual shows which wire in each connector goes to what, but I don't recall if it lists the color coding.&nbsp\\; I'm away from home for training, otherwise I'd look it up.&nbsp\\; Hopefully someone else can take a quick glance.
