Poison Ivy!

Any one had sucess at removing poison ivy plant from their property?&nbsp\\; Just found some growing in my yard [:@]

Best way is to put some gloves on and pull em up by the roots.&nbsp\\; Besides that, Bayer weed killer works excellent.

I appreciate the reply, but I think that it may be cost prohibitive at this time since, I have a diesel truck with a 36 gallon tank that needs filling all the time!&nbsp\\; the wife would shoot me for dumping it on the ground. [:@]

What ever you do, don't burn it.&nbsp\\; If you get the smoke in your lungs, you can break-out on your insides.&nbsp\\; My grandfather did this many years ago and nearly died.&nbsp\\; Also as long as the oil is in the branches, it can infect you.

A neighbor had about 4 acres of wild blackberrys that had completely taken over the place. He fenced it and put in goats and they killed all of it within a year. Goats must be pretty danged stupid.&nbsp\\;

I wish i could get rid of the poisin ivy as fast as i seem to catch it
