I'm concerned.&nbsp\\; After the dumbass decision on Guantonimo prisoners, nothing would suprise me.

I say the three commies will vote to uphold the ban. Not sure about the fence sitters.

No prediction here, as far as holding your breath, this will be the most important decision the court has handed down in years. It could be a major affirmation of the Second Amendment and the right of the individual to own firearms, or if the court finds that there is no individual right it will launch the biggest assault on the Second Amendment and gun owners that we have ever seen. So yeah, I am kind of concerned about it.

I say they will define the Second Amendment, but it may only apply to DC.
The majority of the judges will do 'the right thing'. (vote to get rid of the DC ban)
But I'm as far away from a 'legal scholar' as you could get.....
