i am a victim of this waste of life. for me it has been going on for 3 years when i sent it to him for some warranty work and never got the bike back. i had no clue at the time he was so crooked. my case is in florida and the florida courts keep pushing the case back because he supposedly has a Dr.'s note saying he cant travel and the judge will not go against it. ive been pushed around long enough about this and looks like i will never get anything back. it was my first bike and i dont have the mney to buy another because of the situation.

is there any hope for me? can anyone help me out?

It would seem to me you could report the motorcycle stolen and recover from the insurance company. It was in fact stolen was it not?

Dont think Insurance will pay if there is an ongoing criminal case against the individual...there could be a chance of getting the bike back if it was impounded and being held as evidence once the arrest was made...
