Other than having to take the outer primary cover off,to get&nbsp\\;the starter&nbsp\\;out, then pull it apart.Not a bad job!

Pretty simple job. Make sure after you get the case bolts out before you separate the drive housing, hold the starter with the drive housing down and the starter motor up. This will keep the idler gear,bearing, and cage all together. Additionally I would also pop the end cover off the solenoid and inspect the plunger and contacts while you have it out. Better to do it while it is already out if it may need it soon anyhow.
