In now way was the shooting justified unless she thought her life was in danger, which would only be if he had a gun also. \\; How about rolling up your window or just driving away? \\; That's why being a cop is so dangerous when they pull over someone, so many crazies out there. \\; I personally would never get off my bike or out of my cage to confront someone.
He didn't have to have a gun for her to prove she was in fear for her life but if sure makes it easier. \\; I'll be interested to see how this one ends. \\;

Him just talking is not a life threatening action in itself. I think the lady may have over reacted and shooting him could be a crime. If she did wrong she should be punished .
