Short version:

Dealer performed 1000 mile service. Now the bike doesn't want to shift to 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th. It seems like I need to "pump" the shifter up and down to build pressure on it before it will shift.

The stealer really F'd me and screwed things up. Now I'm hesitant to take it back to them.

Any suggestions?

Found out the problem.......
&nbsp\\;
The stealer managed to pinch and cut the wires in the hsg assembly when they installed the chrome housing. I actually had to take the bike to another dealer before it was figured out. FYI... TSI Harley in Ellington Ct is absolutely first rate and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Next time you go to a stealer, ask for at least a 5 yr. mechanic. I went to MMI in 2002 and I know first hand the caliber of people that stealers hire.
