IRON MAIDEN: Somewhere Back in Time tour (pix)

Just went and saw Iron Maiden on the "Somewhere Back in Time" tour on Tuesday night in NJ. Awesome show!!!! They had a retro stage set-up that was reminiscent of the 85-86 Powerslave tour. Which happened to be my very first (and second) concert. What a flashback feeling. They played all older tunes from Fear of the Dark back. Highlight of the show was the full length Rhime of the Ancient Mariner. Bruce Dickinson can still belt it out. He hasn't lost it a bit.

Great pics Monster!!! I saw them Saturday night at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, NJ (7th time). I also saw them March 14th at the Izod Center (formally Continental Airlines Arena) at the Meadowlands. They put on one of the best shows still after all these years.

Got pit tickets to see Crue Fest. Looking forward to that one.

maxxcat: I wanted to go to the show at the Izod Center but it sold out before I even realized it was on sale. Tuesday was my 7th time seeing Maiden as well. I was also wanting to go to the Madison Square Garden show. Never been there and thought it would have been pretty cool seeing Maiden at The Garden. And yeah they do still put on a helluva show.

That brought back memories. I saw Iron Maiden about 20 years ago and it was an incredible show.&nbsp\\; Thanks for posting the pictures.

Haven't seen 'ol Maiden since 1984.......Looks like the show is still as good as it was then! How many members are original?
