Default CPS Code /DynaJet Power Commander

I have a 06 Classic with a 203 cam, pipes &amp\\;\\\\\\; hi flow. Has about 8000 miles on it and I've owned it since new. Last September I replaced the Crank Position Sensor, based on the Code the bike was throwing. Put the bike away for winter. Got it out this spring and with less than 500 miles on the new sensor. I get the same code. I throw another sensor at it &amp\\;\\\\\\; with the new sensor in, it acts the same way &amp\\;\\\\\\; throws the same code.

I reset the codes and pull the power commander out of the system. While the bike obviously runs lean, the problem goes away.

I contact Dyno Jet. They tell me send it in, one week turn around &amp\\;\\\\\\; we'll fix it or send you a new one. Thought I'd have it back by now.

I spoke with them this morning. They have tested my power commander &amp\\;\\\\\\; they are unable to find a problem. This morning they are gonna put it on a bike &amp\\;\\\\\\; see if they can duplicate the problem. If they are unable to, they advise they will be returning my Power Commander with a software update.

any suggestions ?
