Default quick question - steam from oil tank

Is it normal to check your oil after a ride of about an hour and have some steam come out of the oil tank when you remove the dipstick?&nbsp\\; Or is my bike running hot?&nbsp\\; It wasn't a LOT of steam, but enough to let you know the oil was hot.&nbsp\\; Thanks.

Default RE: quick question - steam from oil tank

Oil&nbsp\\; runs above the boiling point of water after about 20 min.
My bike runs about 220 deg. once everything gets warmed up. Less will build sludge.
