Picked up a sheet rock screw

in a 2000 mile old 210/50-17 Metzler rear tire.
Fix or Replace?

Thanks for all the replies.
I ran the tire for several miles with probably 10lbs pressure. Now that I got the wheel off I can see stress marks near the sidewall.
New Tire, please.
