Hello from Las Cruces, NM.
 \\;
I'm located well south of \\;the area you will be seeing, but here are a few things to enjoy.
1. Laughlin, NV south of Lost Wages.
2. London Bridge south of Laughlin, maybe to far south for this trip.
3. Grand Canyon AZ
4. \\;Bryce Canyon Utah
5. Arches National Park Utah
6. Dead Horse Point Utah
7. For corners Utah, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico all at once.
8. Durango to Silverton Colorado narrow gauge \\;train.
9. Between Antonito, Colorado and Chama, New Mexico.
10. Rio Grande gorge outside of Toas NM.
10. And if you are into the visual beauty of "Wild Hogs", the majority of the movie was filmed in Northern New Mexico, Toas, Sante Fe, Madrid etc. \\; Just google film locations and all of the sites are within 200 miles(more or less) of Sante Fe.
 \\;
Enjoy your trip!
Rio Grand
Oh, I forgot to mention. \\; You will need reservations for the trains, so I would try to make them now and if you are lucky you might get them.
 \\;
Good luck and enjoy!
One of the greatest trips we have made covered New Mexico north of Santa Fe. We HQ'd in Santa Fe and rode up to Taos, then west across the Rio Grande and up through the mountains and then south through Georgia O'Keefe country back down to Santa Fe. A terrific full day of riding and unbelievable scenery. Can't wait to do that again!
