Default Front end rake?

I would like to know everyones experiences with sidecars and changing the front end triple trees.&nbsp\\; I've read lots about doing this and creating a power steering effect.&nbsp\\; Champion and others sell the specific product for a sidecar at a very expensive price.&nbsp\\; What about the others available say through EBAY that are 5 degree "raked triple tree" set ups.&nbsp\\; Do they work the same?&nbsp\\; HAs anyone done this?

Default RE: Front end rake?

I own a box stock 1998 Ultra w/ ULE sidecar.&nbsp\\; The only front end stuff I have is the steering dampner which should allow me to take my sidecar off and ride the bike solo.&nbsp\\; I am not sure if the MOCO alters the neck, if they did it would surely limit you to a sidecar bike until you changed back the stock triple trees?
